How much fun are you having in your life?
Successful people have fun doing what they “do”. From the outside it may appear as if the super achievers are super disciplined and self-sacrificing. However, their success is actually attributable to what really drives them — FUN! Yes, they actually have more fun in their work than others.

Should I Quit or Keep Going?

Are you on the right path? Should you quit or stick it out? Are you frustrated thinking you’re working and working and, yet, not accomplishing anything? Should you keep going…persevere? Raising Staff Morale Without Going Over Budget?

Every employee wants to feel appreciated. People are working for compensation and other factors. But to generally be truly motivated they would like to feel as if their contributions within the company is valued. However, like all businesses, cost has to be considered, otherwise, the business will surely collapse. So, the nagging problem for the entrepreneur ıs to figure out how to demonstrate to the staff that they are appreciated without breaking their bank accounts.

Question: How Can I Find Happiness?
Zappos is an online retailer that does over $1 billion in gross merchandise sales annually…they’re also on Fortune magazine’s “Best Companies to Work For” list. In November 2009, Zappos was acquired by Amazon in a deal valued at over $1.2 billion on the day of closing. Seems like Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh (pronounced Shay) should be pretty happy and know the secret to finding happiness, right?
Let’s turn back the clock for a moment… In 1999, at the age of 24, Tony sold LinkExchange, the company he co-founded, to Microsoft for $265 million. He then joined Zappos as an adviser and investor taking it from virtually no sales to the success it is today. In his book, Delivering Happiness, Tony shares the different lessons he has learned in business and life. He shows how a very different kind of corporate culture is a powerful model for achieving success — and how by concentrating on the happiness of those around you, you can dramatically increase your own.
