Are You a Natural Leader?
Many years ago I heard that employees can be divided into four categories: stupid and lazy; stupid and hard working; hard working and intelligent; and intelligent and lazy. Can you guess which one makes the best leader?
Here’s a bit on each type:
Stupid and Lazy: Leave them alone…they do no ‘active’ harm. However, they miss opportunities and suppress the creativity of others who report to them.
