What Motivates People to Change?

Today, I want to ask you two very serious questions:
1. What is it that motivates you to change?
2. If you don’t like the results you are getting, what will motivate you to change the actions you are taking?
If you ask a smoker to quit his 10 year long habit and not smoke anymore for the rest of his life, you probably will get much resistance. Your Assignment: Change the World

In the 2000 movie, Pay It Forward, a young boy attempts to make the world a better place after his teacher gives him an assignment. The teacher suggested that the class take the things they didn’t like about the world and flip them upside down. The assignment…think of something to change the world and put it into action.
