Itty, Bitty Leadership Tip #3

Leadership Present Moment

The reality you live in today, is simply the physical manifestation of the thoughts and beliefs you’ve held in the past. Which means your reality five years from now will be a result of the new thoughts and beliefs you decide to adopt today and incorporate into each day going forward.

It’s important to make a conscious decision to acknowledge that leadership, wealth, success or whatever will be a part of your future. But then, let your subconscious take over and figure out the “how”. Don’t pursue it.

Leadership Tips

The grass isn’t necessarily greener on the other side of the fence…it may merely be your perspective. Before you run off to try something new, take a hard look. Make sure your pasture isn’t just as green…or even greener! Or, perhaps your neighbor’s pasture is just getting better care?
